リサイクルインフラの構築、運営事業を手がける日本環境設計株式会社（以下、日本環境設計）（所在地：東京都千代田区霞が関 代表取締役社長：岩元 美智彦）は、2014年12月に株式会社NTTドコモ（以下、ドコモ）に対し5千万円の第三者割当増資を実施いたしました。日本環境設計は本増資資金によるリサイクル設備の構築を予定しております。
日本環境設計とドコモは2010年1月から3月の間に携帯電話のリサイクルに関する実証実験を実施し、同年4月から携帯電話のリサイクル事業を協力して構築し、運営しております。これまでにドコモショップなどで回収した携帯電話は約1,528万台（2010年から2013年度までの実績）を数え、携帯電話に含まれる貴重な資源をリサイクルし社会に還元してきました。
今後も安心・安全に無料で利用できるドコモの携帯電話リサイクルを認知いただき、多くのお客様が手軽にリサイクルに参加できるよう、協力して検討を進めてまいります。

JEPLAN INC. has issued new shares for 5 million yen as third-party allocation to the limited partnership for investment run by  NTT DOCOMO,INC,.
With this new share allocation to third-party, we plan investments on the facility.

JEPLAN INC. and DOCOMO,INC. carried out the demonstration experiment about the recycling of the mobile phone from January,2010 to March, and built the recycling business of the mobile phone from April,2010.
The number of  mobile phones we collected so far in docomo shops are counted approximately 15,280,000(the results to a 2010 through 2013 degree), and we recycled the precious resources included in the mobile phones and returned them to the society.
