(Representative Director, President, and Chief Executive Officer: Masaki Takao; hereinafter “JEPLAN”) announces that Giravanz Kitakyushu will produce original T-shirts featuring the “BRING Bee Mark” and conduct a clothing collection at the “Giravanz Summer Festival 2024” to be held on Saturday, August 17, 2024 (hereinafter “the Event”). A press conference was held on Monday, July 1, 2024 to announce the recycling of clothing through the BRING platform.

Giravanz Kitakyushu, a professional soccer club based in Kitakyushu City, Fukuoka Prefecture, is committed to sustainable tournament management. In the past, Giravanz Kitakyushu and BRING have worked together to collect unwanted clothing from visitors to the tournament and to use T-shirts made of 100% fiber-derived recycled polyester resin recycled using JEPLAN's proprietary technology. We are pleased to announce that we have adopted the BRING Bee Mark, an initiative to expand the circle of clothing resource recycling through the BRING Bee Mark , and that we will work on clothing resource recycling through the BRING platform at the Giravanz Summer Festival 2024 to be held on August 17, 2024.

The "BRING Bee Mark" is a project to promote resource recycling of clothing through the three elements of "COLLECTABLE," "RECYCLABLE," and "RECYCLED MATERIAL," and is a collaborative effort with various organizations, companies, and other partners. This is a project that is being undertaken in cooperation with various organizations, companies, and other partners.

The event will encourage visitors to participate in BRING's clothing collection, which is "COLLECTABLE," meaning that the company is committed to collecting used clothing and that the products can be recycled using material and chemical recycling methods, and RECYCLABLE" means that the products can be recycled using both material and chemical recycling methods. In addition, the BRING Bee mark will be placed at collection sites and on event T-shirts to raise awareness of the initiative among visitors to the event.

In the future, we aim to achieve further resource recycling by using recycled materials such as "BRING Material™," a 100% fiber-derived, recycled polyester resin made by chemically recycling fiber scraps and recovered clothes that were not used for the event T-shirts, for uniforms, goods, and other items. By using RECYCLED MATERIAL, a recycled material such as BRING Material™, a 100% recycled polyester resin derived from fibers made from scraps and recovered clothes, in items such as uniforms and goods, we aim to fulfill the three elements of the BRING Bee Mark and realize further resource recycling.

About the BRING Bee mark

COLLECTABLE," "RECYCLABLE," and "RECYCLED MATERIAL" have three meanings, and the presence or absence of an arc around the bee indicates the conditions the item meets. Just as bees fly between flowers to collect nectar to make new honey, this mark expresses the desire to build a society in which consumers can collect their unwanted products and recycle them into new products and resources. The user of the BRING Bee mark means that the user has a system in place (take-back system, processing capacity, processing details, etc.) to take back products that are no longer in use and reuse/recycle them after use. the above can be fulfilled by entering into a BRING agreement with JEPLAN.

This means that the product can be recycled by material recycling and chemical recycling methods.
