Can I send the clothes I no longer wear directly to the company?
The collection of textile products is only available at the point of sale of BRING products and companies with whom we do business. We do not accept to send products directly to our factory because we are trying to encourage people to recycle and shop at the same time.

Can I send clothes that I no longer wear from overseas?
We do not accept international shipments of clothes that are no longer worn.

I would like to know where the clothing collection service is available.
We collect the items at the stores of the companies we do business with. Please visit the BRING EC website and check the list of participating companies Please contact each company for details of the items to be collected and their locations.

Do you recruit interns and part-time workers?

Will you consider hiring for jobs that are not currently available?
We are only recruiting for the positions listed on our recruitment page, so we do not accept individual inquiries about other positions.

Do you accept factory tours?
We offer a tour of the Kitakyushu Hibikinada Factory for a fee.
If you would like to make a reservation, please contact us by filling out the inquiry form with details such as dates and number of people. Please note that Pet Refine Technology, a group company, does not currently accept factory tours.
