We circulate all PET to be sustainable
We operate a chemical recycling plant that processes waste PET (Polyethylene Terephthalate) using proprietary technology, producing recycled PET resin from discarded clothing and PET bottles.
PET REFINE TECHNOLOGY
Bottle-to-Bottle
PRT is committed to “Bottle-to-Bottle” resource circulation that produces recycled PET resin from used PET bottles to serve as raw material for new PET bottles. It can even process PET bottles containing high levels of impurities (typically deemed difficult to recycle) by chemically decomposing and purifying them to regenerate into raw materials with quality equivalent to that of petroleum-derived materials. PRT also possesses over 10 years of experience in plant operations.

Clothes-to-Clothes
KHP conducts sorting of used clothing collected from all over Japan according to its materials and facilitates its recycling. Among the collected materials, 100% polyester fibers are chemically decomposed to remove impurities such as dyes, and they are then manufactured to create recycled PET resin with quality equivalent to that of petroleum-derived materials. KHP also collaborates with partners to recycle materials other than polyester through various processes. KHP fulfills the role of building a circular supply chain through sorting clothing and producing recycled PET resin.
